The clinic begins at 6PM sharp.
There is no fee.
The instructor is Gary Van der Wege.
To take the written exam in advance of this clinic, it can be accessed online at the Fencing Officials Commission website:

This clinic is being held the same weekend as the Gulf Coast Division's qualifying competitions for Junior Olympics Fencing Championships.
That tournament will not be used for observing new referees.
Preregistration opens on 11/09/2011.
