Join us for a week of epee fencing drills, coordination/agility training, controlled bouting, free fencing, and cross training activities.

Sign Up: If you are a current RFC Member simply preregister and we will email the registration form and payment options.

If you are a non-member simply preregister and pay online via askfred.

Schedule:
10 AM - 12PM Morning training session:
Warm up, Coordination and motor skill drills
Footwork, Technical fencing drills, Free fencing

12:30 PM -1 PM Lunch Break

1 PM - 4 PM Afternoon training session:
Team games, Conditioning
Fencing tactics-strategies and rules lecture, Video analysis
Fencing drills, Free fencing

Non-RFC Members Fee: $399.
RFC Members: $349.
Lunch: Can be included for an additional $25
Full Payment due at time of registration.

Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 10:00am - 4:00PM each day with a final tournament on Friday the 26th.

Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate (Great for first time fencers)

In addition to overall fencing training we will also be cross training with other sports and activities.
