Having a hard time transitioning from great pool results to the direct elimination format? Maybe you feel you adjust well when you have time in a 15 touché bout but in 5 touché pool bouts you lag behind before you get in your grove. Come to the DMFC where Olympian, and World Team Champion, Cody Mattern will be instructing on both the mental and physical preparations for these two very different formats and how to maximize your performance in both. Work with specific tools developed at the Olympic Training Center on the road to World Championships Gold in 2012. By the end you will have new tools and training concepts you can take hope to your local club to add some spice to your training. Clinic will include lunch.
