Join us at Premier Fencing Club (PFC) and have the chance to fence with the Olympian & 2014 foil world medalist Ines Boubakri and Premier FC coaching Team in Premier FC Olympian Winter Camp during the period between Dec 26, 2014 up to Dec 31, 2014.
1st session - 9:30 am-12pm
Lunch break - 12pm-1:30pm
2nd session - 1:30:3:30 pm
6 days of Group warm up, footwork , partner drills,Fencing Bouts , technical drills , ind competition and team bouts with the world medalist Ines Boubakri and the Olympian fencer and Coach Tamer Tahoun.
JOIN THE OLYMPIC SILVER MEDALIST KAMILLA VAKSMAN for a yoga workshop on Dec 26th during Premier FC winter camp .
Kamilla will teach participants how to incorporate yoga practice into a fencing program , cover stretches, relaxation and visualization techniques; and how to control emotions during competition.
Camp Registration Fee: $600 6-day camp or $120 per day if fewer than 6 days with a $100 non-refundable deposit due on registration.
