Abbas Fadel and Vladimir Lilov are Certified Referee Instructors and are experienced and highly renowned International and National referees.
ABBAS FADEL / VLADIMIR LILOV is an experienced Foil, Sabre and Epee coach, and is a US National and Reginal Coordinator and organizer.

BRING YOUR FAVORITE TECHNOLOGY DEVICE (iPad, laptop, android etc..)- we will be sharing documents via our google classroom with our free high speed internet. Additionally, we will be screening video on a 50" monitor. Wear comfortable clothing.

This Clinic is designed to introduce, interpret and discuss the USFA rules and their application, to fencers, coaches and parents.
The seminar will thoroughly prepare you for both the online written exam as well as the practical exam.

Attending an official FOC-sanctioned clinic is a prerequisite for attempting the written exam. Once a passing grade of (90%) has been achieved on the written exam (both the general section and one or more weapon-specific sections) a referee receives a rating of "P" in each weapon passed. Further ratings improvements (1-10) can be obtained at a later date by being evaluated in a practical setting at tournaments

Practical exam will be provided after the seminar as well as at future tournaments.

COST: $85 a person paid by check, or cash at the door please.
