Join us on Feb 5th at NAFA North for a One Day KSA Sabre Clinic w/ Special Guest Kamali Thompson

Kamali Thompson is the reigning Div 1 Women's Sabre National Champion & is currently ranked 6th on the Sr Points list
A Temple graduate, her career there is remarkable. She qualified every year for the NCAA National Championship, finishing sixth her senior year and making All-American. Twice she received the PNC Female Student-Athlete Award from Temple, along with receiving nomination for 2011-12 NCAA Woman of the Year. Thompson graduated with a 175-48 record, setting a new school mark for sabre competition.

She is not only a success on the strip but off it as well. Kamali Graduated from Temple with a degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology, she then went to graduate school where she is studying to be a Doctor and has already earned her MBA.

This clinic will focus on tactics and technique to win touches in the box, while also encouraging success in other aspects of life . She will be working on them with a goal setting sheet that also focuses on actions, so then can use that for utilizing unique skills.

Format of the Clinic is
10am-4pm
$60 per person.

Fencers must bring full uniform, and working electrical equipment.

10am-12noon will be: Warm Up, Footwork and Technical Skill building.
12noon-12:45pm Lunch
12:45-1:30pm: Lecture/Work Shop
1:30pm-4pm: Competitive Bouting Drills designed to win inside the box, followed by bouting to try and utilize those new tools.

Preregistration opens on 11/07/2016.
