Camps are structured for recreational and competitive fencers
DATES: June 19 - 23 (Ages 13 & up)
June 26 - 30 (Ages 13 & under)
COST: $450/week or $120/day
Virgil Saliscan is a 2008 (Bejing) Olympian and fencing maestro from Bucharest, Romania. He began competing at the international level in the late 1990's. He first participated in the World Championships in 1998, at the age of 14. He won the Romanian National Championships multiple times, and won Bronze in two Junior European Championships. With participation in all the major Senior World Cups and Grand Prix, Maestro Saliscan reached the pinnacle of his fencing competition by participating in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.
He is currently a Romanian National Cadet/Junior Team Coach.
Most of the Maestro's students are high rated fencers winning multiple national/international (individual and team) titles with Silviu Rosu and Anca Saveabu obtaining bronze medals at the European Championships in Novi Sad and Malina Calugareanu participating in the 2016 Olympic Games as a woman's foilist.

Drinks and light refreshment provided. Bring water bottle and towel, wear sneakers and lightweight clothing. Bring lunch.
