FAP-Central: Philadelphia , PA	2-5pm. This is an all ages practice event for Novice fencers and their entourages to learn the tournament process. The event will be non-electric, the fee is $40 cash at check in., fencers will be split into groups of Youth aged 8-12 and fencers aged 13+
