Join us for seven days of training and fun with fencers, NWFC coaches and special guests from around the world.
Athletes will be challenged to think critically and to develop tools and methods to empower themselves in their own training.
Athletes will participate in a variety of training activities: organized bouting, group drills, video observation, discussion and developmental exercises.
