Mission Pre Summer Nationals Training Camp

This camp is mandatory for all Mission fencers attending Summer Nationals...any competitive fencer is welcome. $200 Members (please pay at club), $250 non-members
Come join us in our $30,000 sq. ft full service training facility.
This camp is mandatory for all Mission fencers attending Summer Nationals...any competitive fencer is welcome.
$200 Members (please pay at club), $250 non-members. Non-members are welcome! Must have a full set of working electric fencing equipment and current USA Fencing membership.
Morning Session:
9am - 12pm
Afternoon Session:
1pm - 4pm
This camp is specifically structured to bring you to peak performance at Summer Nationals.
This will include:
- fencing specific conditioning and strengthening footwork and blade work
-weapon specific drills based on execution and development of actions
- review and application of strategy within a bout and overall bout tactics
- controlled bouting situations
- basic pre-tourney armory
- sport psychology and tournament preparation discussions
- open competitive bouting.
