Week Two preparatory work tapers down for complete recovery before Nationals. Requirements as for week one. Intensive bouting work with tactical tasks. Mental imagery and focus training.Local trips to locations of interest, extra cost. Must have competed in National qualifier, regional event, or by invitation. Camp is held at FAP-Central.

Camp hours 9:30am-5:30pm

Cost $500 for the week, $100 per day. Appropriate member discounts apply.

Campers should bring lunch, snacks drinks or money for same. Be sure to have shoes for outdoor activities AND SHOES TO CHANGE INTO FOR INDOOR TRAINING.

PLEASE NOTE that Thursday is the travel day for those competing in the early part of summer nationals. Therefore, for those athletes Wednesday will be the last camp day. If we have youth competitors at camp whose events are later during summer nationals camp will run the full five days.
