Train like a CHAMPION at Cooper's Epee Clinic Sunday November 5th.
Practice on REAL FIE and OLYMPIC GROUNDED STRIPS!!

Clinic is 11am to 4pm and includes:

- Coordination drills
- Warm-up and stretching
- Footwork
- Epee Technique Drills
- Tactical Epee Drills
- Structured Bouting
- Yoga/Mediation for fencing mental preparation

Clinic is $100 for non-DFA members
