Northwestern Fencing Elite Camp

Our Northwestern Elite camp will include work in the technical, tactical and mental fields, the camp will address the things that will help you evaluate your process to better your results. Learn from our Olympic medal winning coaching staff.
Join us for a 5 day competitive camp designed to push your level as an athlete. Including work in the technical, tactical and mental fields, the camp will address the things that will help you evaluate your process to better your results. Learn drills and mental processes from our experienced coaching staff that you can integrate into your training plan to strengthen your skills.
Location: Patten Gymnasium, 2407 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL 60208
Cost: $595 for the week or $150 per day for non-boarders. $995 for the week for boarders.
Open to any and all ages 12 and up. Competitive experience recommended.
Plan to bring a lunch, a water bottle and a notebook.
Coaching Staff:
Ro Sobalvarro has been a member of the US National Coaching staff for over 20 years and coached the 2012 Women's Olympic Epee Team to the Bronze Medal. He is also the Head Coach at Twin Cities Fencing Club where he has developed national and international level athletes in all weapons.
Luther Clement is a former National Team member and multiple time World Cup medal-winner in saber. He has been coaching saver at Northwestern University for the past 3 years.
Eric Momberg is Assistant Coach at Northwestern University. He has produced numerous national medals across 3 weapons. He has coached at an internationlal level producing medals and results in saber and pentathalon.
Zach Moss is Head Coach at Northwestern University. In 4 years at Northwestern, he helped lead the Wildcats to 9 All-American Honors and 2 Conference Championships.
