This is an official USFA refereeing seminar. Participants that complete it will be able to apply to be observed
for an official rating (after successfully passing on-line test) during the upcoming RYC on Treasure Island.

Preregistration opens on 07/20/2018.
Preregistration closes on 08/25/2018.
$10 participation fee may be paid via AskFred, or at the seminar.

The seminar starts at 10:00 AM and will end at 6:00 PM. Written test may be completed before the seminar at http://fencingofficials.org/test/.
To be able for practical testing candidates have to attend the seminar in its entirety.
If you are willing just to brush up your knowledge and are interested in one weapon only, you can leave earlier.
It is also available for parents, fencers, and other people interested in knowing the rules.
