This camp will combine skill work and a focus on rules implications for bout strategy and tactics. Olympic medalist Rolando Tucker Leon and Ahmed Hassan will be in charge of this camp.
Camp runs from 1-4 PM both days.
$180 for both days, $99 per day.
This camp will focus on rules and the implications for strategy and tactics. Specifically, it will explore the new “Failure to fence” rule and its impact on various situations occurring during direct elimination bouts and the impact the rule change will have on the fencers’ actions. In addition, it will be a refresher course on rules that fencers may have become rusty in and explain portions of the rule book as applicable to the fencers bouting.
Camp runs from 1-4PM both days Saturday February 23rd and Sunday February 24th 2019
