This summer, Hooked on Fencing will host our fifth Advanced Epee Camp. This camp is intended for competitive epee fencers aged 13 and up, and will be held at our facility in North Royalton, Ohio. The week-long camp will take place from July 15-20, with the aim of preparing fencers for the 2019/20 competitive season.

The Advanced Epee Camp will focus on footwork and fitness, with time dedicated to technique, tactics, and sport psychology and, of course, plenty of fencing. Our goal is that you will leave exhausted, but faster, fitter, and fired up about the upcoming season.

9:00-11:30am - Warm-up, Footwork and Conditioning
11:30-1:00pm - Lunch Break
1:00-4:00pm - Skill Drills & Situational Fencing
4:00-6:00pm - Dinner Break
6:00-9:00 - Open Fencing

Tuesday
9:00-11:30am - Warm-up, Plyometrics and Italian Footwork Drills
11:30-1:00pm - Lunch Break
1:00-4:00pm - Competitive and Situational Fencing

Wednesday
9:00-11:30am - Warm-up, Footwork and Conditioning

The cost of the Advanced Epee Camp is $250 for non-HoF members and $150 for HoF members (see link below to pay if you are a HoF member) for the entire week. Lunch and dinner are NOT included. You may either bring your own meals or visit any of the local restaurants during lunch and dinner breaks (including your standard array of Subway, Chipotle, etc.). If you wish to partake only in a particular day of the camp, the cost for a single day is $60. Spaces ARE limited, so sign up soon!
