All Sabre Fencers are invited to the April SabreCat Intensive!
CEFC hosts a number of special training opportunities for our athletes throughout the year. Our Weekend Intensives bring together athletes from all our programs, and are attended by fencers from around the region. You will leave this weekend a better sabre fencer than you started!
The Theme of the April Intensive will be "Bout Tracking for Tactical Decision Making"
Intensives are Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday, and are recommended for all Regional and National level competitors, as well as those looking to begin Regional level competition. Ages 11 and up. Full uniform is required for participation.
Schedule
Friday 6-9 PM
Saturday: 1 PM - 4 PM (participants are also welcome to participate in Saturday Morning Practice at CEFC 9 AM - 12 Noon)
Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM (Yoga session from 10-11 AM)
These Intensives are included in Performance Membership, and are $50 for Basic and Standard Members. The cost for for non-CEFC members is $100.
