Take advantage of this rare opportunity to train 10 days with some of the best coaches on the epee circuit today!

This intensive camp dedicated to the preparation to 2022 Summer Nationals Championships and will be conducted by Coach Natalia Markowska from Poland along with Medeo's own, Yakov Danilenko, Fiona Fong and Alex Van Den Bergh.

Epee Fencers from other clubs are very welcome!!!
Camp runs from 6/20-24, and From 6/27-7/1 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
One year of competitive fencing experience is required as this is an intensive camp.
THE CAMP WILL INCLUDE:
- practice and competitive fencing bouts (between 3-4 hours daily) with the top ranked U.S. fencers
- fencing bouts with different missions and tasks
- fencing strategies & technique
- intensive foot work & blade work
- stretching & coordination exercises
- general & specific fitness exercises
