Join our Sabre Camp with a member of the Republic’s Junior Team, a member of the University of Notre Dame’s NCAA Championship Team, Allex Gruman.
The purpose of the camp is to build up fundamentals of fencing, balance and agility. It will include a proper warm-up, main workout based on a strategic plan which includes specific fencing coordination, flexibility, mobility, agility, muscle activation, strength and speed.
Spaces are limited, please register in advance.
Camp will run daily from 9 am to 3 pm.
The camp is $600 for the week or $150 per day, lunch will be included.
