This summer, Hooked on Fencing is having the 5th Youth Camp! This camp is open to all fencers ages 9-12 (or younger with coach's permission). SPACE IS LIMITED TO 14 FENCERS!!!
This summer, Hooked on Fencing is hosting our 5th Youth Camp! This camp is open to all fencers ages 9-12 (or younger with coach's permission).
This camp is intended for young fencers who already have a grip on the basics of fencing (not for first-time fencers). We will seek to develop fitness, fencing skills, and strategic thinking through a variety of games, drills, and, of course, fencing! The five day camp will be every morning from 9:30am to 12:30pm the week of July 19-23, 2021.
You can expect to have fun and hone your skills at the best fencing facility in Northern Ohio. Our facility is clean and well-ventilated and we will follow a number of COVID precautions. Unless something changes, masks will be required at the camp and the group will be limited to 14 fencers!
Fencers will be instructed by experienced coaches whose students have won dozens of national medals and titles and achieved collegiate and international success.
Our goal is that every fencer who attends this camp will leave more knowledgeable and more excited about the sport of fencing!
Participants should bring a water bottle, and wear long pants and athletic shoes.
The cost for the whole week is $150, or $40 for an individual day of the camp. SPACES ARE LIMITED TO 14 FENCERS!!!
