In fencing, consistent success is attained through the isolation of realistic goals and the application of defined strategies to achieving them.
Tapping into over 25 years of fencing experience, World Champion Ben Bratton will share with students a competitive approach learned through success at the National, Collegiate, and International levels.
Taught through first-hand experience and fun fencing applications, student's will learn to:
- Define your competitive goals
- Develop a training plan to achieve those goals
- Incrementally measure success
- Maintain poise in the face of challenges

1-130 Video Review/Panel Discussion
1:30–3 Drills and free fencing

All ages welcome. Fencers must have a minimum of 1 year of fencing experience.
