Capital City Fencers' Club presents the 9th annual Fence-a-Thon, a twelve-hour, overnight fencing marathon to benefit the BC Cancer Foundation!
Cost of entry is $20, and a pledge form for donations is available at http://donate.bccancerfoundation.com/CCFCFenceathon. Ask your friends, your family, people who live on your street, people whose dogs you walk, people you work with and people you don't even particularly like to sponsor you for every bout you fence, every touch you score, or just for turning up!
Close of registration for all events is 7pm sharp -- one weapon ONLY please for the sanctioned competition -- and at midnight we'll break for our famous Midnight Feast! After the gorging, there'll be team events, silly competitions and tons of free fencing into the wee hours, and you're welcome to fence any weapon you please. At 7am we'll wrap everything up, calculate the winners, and start handing out our FABulous PRIzes!

Hope to see you all there!

Events Scheduled:
Mixed Epee
Mixed Foil
Mixed Saber

How to collect donations:

The fence-a-thon is a fundraiser for the BC Cancer Foundation.
This year we have two methods for fencers to collect donations for the
BC Cancer foundation.
Donors can make donations directly to the event through the website,
but you can use the site to create your own fundraising page. Use a
standardized page or add your own text and photo, then send the link to
friends and family to ask for donations. Creating your own site has
benefits: there is a prize for the fencer who raises the most in
donations!

Online form: http://donate.bccancerfoundation.com/CCFCFenceathon
If you (or your friends and family) prefer to avoid online donations,
you can also use the attached PDF form for donation collection.

All donations over $10 are eligible for a tax receipt.
