Open events: $45 for first event; $15 for each additional event

Y-12 events: $25 for first event; $10 for each additional event

Entry deadline: June 5th - $20 late fee for on-site registration and entries accepted after the deadline

Onsite registration is available the day of the event with a $20 late fee. You must be a current member of USA Fencing to compete. Preregistered fencers must check in with proof of USA Fencing membership.

Eligibility is limited to Fencers from North Carolina, South Carolina, and contiguous states with reciprocal State Games agreements.

The competition will be governed by USA Fencing rules. Check the pertinent sections at http://www.usfencing.org. These are sanctioned events and participants must conform to USA Fencing rules regarding clothing and equipment. Consult the 2014-2015 Athlete's Handbook for details.

All events are USA Fencing sanctioned events. Participants must be members of USA Fencing. Participants in Senior events must be 13 as of December 31 of the current fencing season. Y-12 events athletes must be between 9 and 12 as of December 31 of the current fencing season. Fencers will be required to show membership cards or other proof of membership at registration.

Format will be pools of approximately 5-7 fencers, seeding to a direct elimination table, fenced to the finish. 100% of the competitors will be promoted.

Awards will be given to top 3 finishers in each event (Open and Y-12)with no fence off for third. Thus two bronze medals will be awarded. Awards will be given for the top 3 Veteran, top 3 Cadet, and top 3 Junior fencers if participation warrants.

Medalists will be eligible to compete in the 2015 State Games of America, July 31 - August 2, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
