BIG REMINDER: August 1st starts the beginning of the new season so you MUST RENEW YOUR USA MEMBERSHIP! If you do not have a valid card or printout of your 2015-16 renewal during check-in, you will be asked to step to the back of the line in order to complete the process! By not renewing your membership promptly and providing PROOF at check-in, you are holding up the tournament. PLEASE RENEW NOW AND PRINT PROOF. Last year this was a problem!

**START TIME: The answer to "When will the tournament start do ya think?" is: When everyone is checked in and all those without membership renewals have renewed their memberships.

***It's a new season! Don't forget to renew your USFA membership online ASAP...and print out your temporary card to show at check-in! (This also makes check-in lines go faster!!!)

Special Pricing:
$35 IF you pre-register AND pay online by Saturday, 8/8*.
$45 IF you pre-register online by Saturday, 8/8 BUT pay at the door. (Cash or check only)
$55 for walk-ins that haven't pre-registered online.

*Online preregistration closes on Saturday, 8/8 at 11:59 PM. Payment of lowest event fee also accepted at Medeo during office hours by 8/8.

ABOUT DIRECTIONS:
If coming from the Kearney St entrance (next to Absolute Fencing Gear): Use 30 Kearney St or Absolute in GPS. Please note that Kearney St is the entrance to our industrial park... once you turn onto Kearney St. (into our industrial park, with Absolute Fencing Gear to your right), you will turn RIGHT at the street before the first row of buildings on the right. (First street on the right.) We are then located all the way at the end on the left.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Senior for this new season, means those fencers born in or before 2002.

>>FIRST-TIME COMPETITORS SHOULD READ THIS CAREFULLY:
Format and Sanctioning: This tournament is sanctioned by the New Jersey Division of the USFA. All fencers are expected to wear the required fencing attire (including knee-hi socks!) and bring at least two weapons and body cords that meet USFA requirements. There are no exceptions to the attire and equipment rules. You must have proof of valid USFA membership OR join the USFA at the event*. If you have not received your membership card yet for this season, but are listed on the usfencing.org membership list, print out a temporary card!
