Important notes:
Proof of USFA membership required.
One event maximum per day.
USFA Senior Open tournament requires date of birth 2002 or prior.
(Exception if you have junior national points)
Full refund available for requests until October 17
Event refund available for requests until October 25

Normal Preregistration opened on September 12, 2015
Normal Preregistration closes on October 17, 2015

$30 Registration + $45 per event.

Late entry fee will be determined after normal reg closes.
