Tournaments for Men's and Women's Y10 Foil and Sabre. If there are fewer than 6 fencers in an event, the events for that weapon may be combined. Entry fee: $25 per event if prepaid thru AskFRED, pay at the door $40.
Y10 Men's and Women's Tournament for Foil and Sabre. If there are fewer than six fencers in an event, then the Men's and Women's events for that weapon may be combined. Event registration is capped at 32 fencers for each event. Entry fee: $25 per event if prepaid thru AskFRED, walk-ins and pay-at-the-door will be $40.
Preregistration opens on 10/24/2015.
Preregistration closes on 02/19/2016.
This is an official USFA-sanctioned event open for all fencers born in or before 2005. Current USFA membership and full regulation uniform required. You MUST show your USFA card or have proof that payment has been made. You may join at the door (parent signature required for fencers under age 18), however please arrive with a completed form (available at usfencing.org) or plan to come early to complete required paperwork. Please have separate checks made out to USFA for your USFA membership payment.
Event registration is capped at 32 fencers for each event. Our space is limited and we are committed to running a smooth, efficient tournament, which means that we are forced to limit how many people can participate.
It is separate men's and women's event, but they may be combined if there are fewer than six fencers in either event. Fencers will be notified of any updates or changes through email OR you can check AIF's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/aifencing) as well.
Entry fee: $35 per event if prepaid thru AskFRED, walk-ins (if room) $40. We accept credit cards or cash for walk-in entries.
WAIT LIST POLICY:
If the registration is full, send the organizer an email with your phone number so you can be contacted. You will be put on a waiting list and notified by email and/or telephone (only if you leave your number!) if space opens up. Fencers will be pulled in from the wait list in the order that their requests have been received.
If you pre-register and cannot show up, simply remove your name from the pre-registration list.
