--- Registration Q & A ---
Q: I missed the registration deadline, can I still attend?
A: Yes, you can still sign up on AskFRED at double fees. If you pay at the door, the fees will be triple.

Q: Can I pre-register and pay later?
A: Sort-of. Pre-register on AskFRED like you normally would, but skip the payment screen. This will add you to the list of registrants, but note that you have not yet paid. You can pay later (before the deadline) by simply going through the registration process on AskFRED again.

Q: I don't want to pre-pay until I'm certain I can attend.
A: If you pre-pay and are unable to attend, we will give you a refund of your event fees. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Submit a refund request using the form on the WWD website (http://www.wwdfencing.com)

Q: I don't want to pay online because I don't trust this internet thing.
A: If you are uncomfortable paying online, please contact treasurer@wwdfencing.com for alternate payment options.

--- Tournament Rules ---
All fencers must be current competitive members of the USFA. You may join or renew your USFA membership at the door. Canadian fencers must be current CFF members.

To verify USFA membership, we will check the membership list posted on the USFA website. If your name is not on that list, you will be required to fill out a new USFA membership form (with payment) at the venue (unless you provide proof of signing up prior to that.)

Full USFA regulation uniform is required, including plastron, knickers, and knee-length socks. No jeans or sweatpants allowed.

Saber fencers are required to wear an 800N glove. Saber events will use the new 2016 timings, and will use the new "back foot on the on guard line" rule (unless its adoption by the USFA is cancelled prior to the event.)

USFA rules require that all participants were born in 2003 or earlier.

--- Equipment Check ---
Please arrive early to allow time for equipment checks. We will be checking masks, lames, gloves, and bodycords.
