BladeRunner is UCSD'S and the SD Division's premier 6 event Open! It is also a USA Fencing Regional Open Circuit (ROC)!
This year it also includes a Regional Junior Circuit.

Drivers are advised that temporary lane closures on the northbound San Diego Freeway (I-5) in South Orange County are planned for 14 hours on Nov. 4 – 5, potentially causing significant traffic delays as freeway improvements reach another important milestone.
Three out of four northbound lanes will be closed beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4 between Avenida Palizada and Avenida Vista Hermosa in San Clemente. The northbound on-ramp and off-ramp at Avenida Pico also will shut down during the closure.
No southbound lane closures are scheduled.
Drivers should avoid the area during the 14-hour construction period if possible and plan for delays of up to one hour between 10 p.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday, Nov. 5. The heaviest delays are anticipated between 6 a.m. and noon on Saturday.

RJC is a Qualifier for Junior Olympics and July Challenge.
Important notes:
One event maximum per day.
ROC requires date of birth 2003 or prior.
RJC requires date of birth 1997-2003.

Refunds are processed 2-4 weeks following the tournament.
On tournament day, fencers who fail to check-in at the registration desk before the posted close of check-in time for their event will be withdrawn from the competition, and there will be no refund of entry fees.
Proof of USFA membership required.
$30 Registration + $50 per event.
Late entry fee will be determined after normal registration closes.
Beware! USA Fencing Allows Charging Triple Fees.
