This competition is specially designed to help young fencers - and their parents - to better understand official tournaments. Events are sanctioned by US Fencing NJ Division.

All times are close of registration. All fencers have to sign in with a proof of US Fencing membership. Check in opens one hour before times listed.

Tournament Rules:
USFA rules apply.
Full USFA regulation uniform and equipment are required for ALL participants. 800 NW saber glove is mandatory. You can rent equipment from the club. Cost $15-$25. Y8 and Y10 fencers can fence only with #0 or #2 blades.
Tournament Format:
Y10 and Y12 sanctioned event: One round of pools with 100% promotion to Direct Elimination rounds. No fence-off for third place.
Y8 non-sanctioned event: One round of pool(s). Fence off for first only if equal victories [not index].

The state of the art facility of the Atlantic Fencing Academy is only couple of minutes away from GSP Exit 109. We have eleven grounded strips; seven for competitions.
