Double Fees (March 23 to March 24 11:59PM EST) - $60 registration fees plus $50 per event
Walk-ins are permitted at the triple fee rate ($90 + $75) AND are subject to a $200 surcharge per the US Fencing RYC guidelines.

Registration fees are NON REFUNDABLE
Request for refund of the event fee need to be submitted via email by March 13.
After March 13 ,2017: No refund: No exception
RYC tournaments award regional points which may lead to Qualification for the Summer National Championships.
All athletes whose USA Fencing’s membership division is in the region in which the RYC is held will earn regional points based on placement. Athletes fencing in an RYC outside their region will not earn regional points. Larger fields will award more points for placement. A percentage of athletes (Y12/Y14) will earn qualification from their rankings on the RRPS.
The events will be mixed only, if there are less than 5 fencers of the same sex.
This tournament is sanctioned by the USA Fencing Regional tournament rules.

NOTE: BIRTH YEAR ELIGIBILITY for events is determined by the 2016-2017 age eligibility schedule, NOT your age at the time of the event.
Youth 10 event 2006-2009
Youth 12 event 2004-2007 or on Youth 10 NRP List
Youth 14 event 2002-2005 or on Youth 12 NRP List
Cadets (16) event 2001-2004 or on the Youth 14 NPR list
USA Fencing requires age verification for ALL participants.
Please have your COMPETITIVE LEVEL 2016-2017 USFencing membership card.
This season, parents should come prepared with ONE of the following in case the fencer’s age needs verification for eligibility purposes:
1. A government issued photo ID with date of birth included
2. A copy of birth certificate
3. Passport
