Fence For Free? Yes! Since we are trying to get new referees observed for their ratings, we are offering Free Fencing so that if the referee doesn't "make the right call" well, at least you are not paying for it.

This is a training event for aspiring referees that attended the previous days referee clinic (which you are also welcome to attend) if you are interested in also becoming a referee! The referee clinic is being given by Matt Cox, who is one of the top current internationally rated referees. He is very knowledgeable and will help to de-mystify some of the interpretations of refereeing. Being knowledgeable about the rules and actions, will also help your fencing game.
