8th Annual BladeFest Division II & VET ROC Tournament -
Tournament Dates: September 9-10, 2017
-Pre-registration is now open for the 7th Annual BladeFest Division II & VET ROC! Men's and Women's Division II and VET ROC Events in all 3 weapons!
-Prizes to be awarded for 1st place through 8th place in each event.
-Division II Regional Points are awarded to the top 40% of finishers. Having any number of Div II Regional Points qualifies you for Summer Nationals, so effectively, the top 40% will qualify. Div II events are open to birth years 2004 and earlier, and the vet events are open to birth years 1978 and earlier.
-Event coordinator can by emailed at: info@tacomafencing.com
-USFA Membership or foreign equivalent is required to participate. The 2017-2018 USFA season starts August 1, so be sure to renew on time. You can also renew at the tournament.
-Full uniform and electric gear per WWD Equipment requirements. Equipment checks are required for Masks, Lames, Over Gloves, Body Cords and Mask Cords. Weapons will be checked on strip.
-Preregistration deadline is August 25, 2017 11:59pm.
Fees:
-Before July 25th: $35 registration + $15 per event (early registration discount)
-July 25 to August 25: $35 registration + $25 per event (standard rate)
-After August 25: $50 registration + $50 per event (late fee)
-Payment for event registration will be handled through AskFred.net during sign-up. Payment can also be made the day of the event at the venue with the advertised late fees. It pays to pre-register and pay early!
Location: Please be advised that Bladefest this year has moved to Gray Middle School and will not be held at Mt. Tahoma High School as originally announced. The new location is only 1 mile away.
