Conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Manhattan, near NJ routes 46, 17, 21 and I-80 and I-95. **Some GPS and Google Maps show us as GARFIELD NJ, this is the same location. There is a Powerhouse gym in the front of the building, we are located around the back of the building. There is ample free parking in the back.

ELIGIBILITY--
All participants must be USFA competitive members.
OPEN Men's and Women's Epee:
Birth Year 2004 or earlier,
ANY rating: no letter rating (U), E, D, C, B, or A
Tournament fees must be PAID for entry to be complete (your entry is “incomplete” until payment (or payment arrangement) is made). Payment is made via AskFRED or at DFA.
REGULAR REGISTRATION
$35/event
$25/event for DFA members
WALK-IN REGISTRATION
$50/event
REFUND POLICY
For refund of event fees, withdrawals must be received no later than November 11, 2017. AskFRED fees are nonrefundable. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks following the tournament. To submit refund request: Notify amy@durkanfencing.com, and include mailing address.

CLOSE OF CHECK-IN TIMES (subject to change):
Fencers not checked in at posted close of check-in time will not be permitted to fence and no refund of fees given. Fencers must check-in each day they compete. We strongly encourage you arrive at the venue at least 1 hour before close of your event registration.

• Current USA Fencing competitive membership, FIE, or other foreign federation membership, required. Note that all memberships expire on July 31st, so if you have not renewed since July 31st you are not a current member. Must present membership card (or proof of membership payment) at check-in. To join/renew USA Fencing membership visit: https://member.usfencing.org/
If no proof of membership you must complete and pay for USA Fencing membership. You may join/renew at the door, however arrive with a completed form or plan to come early to complete required paperwork.
