Preregistration is required. Please do so by Sunday, 12/10/17. Event fee is $30. Registration after the deadline will result in double fee($60)(only for events with 4 or more fencers) All the check in times will be posted after registration closes.

!!!THE EVENTS ARE ONLY FOR MOUNTAIN VALLEY DIVISION FENCERS!!!

!!!FENCERS MAKE SURE YOU ARE LISTED IN MOUNTAIN VALLEY DIVISION OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FENCE!!!

Preregistration is REQUIRED and will close on Sunday, 12/10/17. There are no exceptions, as we will not host tournaments that have fewer than 4 fencers. Event fee is $30. Registration after the deadline- $60.(Only for events scheduled to run, 4 or more fencers)

>> Events with fewer than 4 fencers will be cancelled and all registered fencers in those events will auto-qualify.

>> Registered fencers will be notified on Tuesday, 12/12/17 as to the status of their event.

>> Cost for each event is $30 per fencer, but is waived if your event is cancelled.

>> $30 late fee for registrations after 12/10/17 (after 12/10/17 only scheduled events will be allowed late registration)
