We provide a very positive and encouraging environment where students and parents can feel comfortable and grow together. $20 reg. $10 per event with advance purchase online. Otherwise, "walk-in" registration is $35.00.
USFA non-sanctioned membership required.
Regulation uniform required with socks. Conductive bibs will not be enforced but used if both fencers are prepared. Please have two working foil and body cords at the ready. Rent or purchase equipment here if necessary. We have a full line of equipment but we need advance notice for left-handed students or special orders.
Way of the Sword is CT largest regulation fencing club with nine grounded 17-meter Olympic strips tightly maintained. Parents will enjoy our adult only lounge with leather seating WIFI and coffee or do a "drop and shop" and enjoy our many shops and restaurants only a step away.
Ample free parking directly in front of the club. Fully ADA compliant facility. Changing rooms are found on the lower level. Keep all fencing bags down below. Only strip bags are permitted on the fencing floor. We have a clear floor policy here for a no trip hazard environment. Blade racks are to be used to secure weapons when not in use while masks can be stored on benches provided.
