Wasatch Fencing Open and FenceAthlonJun 21, 2018 - Jun 23, 2018
Individual Fees:
$20 plus $15 per event if paid by June 18 on askfred.net
$35 plus $15 per event if paid after June 18 on askfred.net or at the door.
FenceAthlon 2018:
To enter, fencers must fence the senior foil, epee, and saber events on Saturday

Individual events with less than 6 entries as of midnight on June 20 will be canceled.
FenceAthlon 2018
To enter, fencers must enter senior foil, epee, and saber. Fencers will be seeded based on points from the 3 senior events on Saturday.
Each FenceAthlon bout will use a 21-point relay format where weapons will be switched when one fencer reaches 7 and then 14 points. The winner is determined by the first fencer to reach 21 points.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top 8 finishers in each event with 12 or more competitors. Medals will be awarded to the top 4 finishers in events with 11 or fewer competitors.
US Fencing Membership
All fencers entering sanctioned events (Open and E & Under) must have a current competitive United States Fencing membership. All fencers entering non-sanctioned events (y10/12) must be current competitive or non-competitive United States Fencing memberships.
Directors
While we will have 6 designated directors, but it should be understood that some pools and early round direct matches may require qualified fencers and coaches to help direct.

Venue
Wasatch Fencing has 9 grounded strips, with 6 that can be used during tournaments. The event schedule accommodates that the tournament will run smoothly and reasonably on-time.
Wasatch Fencing is located in Kaysville, Utah about a 30-minute drive from the Salt Lake City International airport. There are serval hotel options within 10 minutes of the venue.
Refunds
Refunds, minus $15, will be given until June 1.
Full refunds will be given for canceled events.
All refunds will be sent out by June 30.
