**YOU MUST REGISTER AND PAY THROUGH YOUR USA FENCING MEMBERSHIP PROFILE**
The Bruce Fusner Memorial RJCC and RYC provide competitive opportunities for Junior, Cadet, Y14, Y12 & Y10 in Epee. Fencers have the opportunity to earn points toward qualification for national tournaments.
The Regional Junior Cadet Circuit and Regional Youth Circuit(RJCC/RYC) are designed to promote and develop strong regional tournaments for Junior/Cadet/Youth aged fencer who seeks competitive opportunities beyond the local and division levels but below the NAC level.

TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:
Fencers must show proof they are COMPETITIVE members of USA Fencing.
Fencers must check-in with their membership card
Athletes without proof of membership must fill out all appropriate forms to pay for membership.
Payment will be returned if membership can be verified.
AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top 8 finishers in each event
EVENTS:
Registration for ALL events opens 1 hour prior to close of check-in
EQUIPMENT GUIDELINES:
Standard fencing uniforms; cannot have any rips, tears, or holes. Warm-up pants are not allowed. Fencing glove must cover half of the forearm. Names on uniforms are not required per RJCC/ROC guidelines. Standard fencing plastron; required with every uniform; women must wear chest protector. Mask: 12K punch test. Any attachment to a weapon's handle must fix the hand in one position such that the top of the thumb is no more than 2 cm from the inner surface of the guard. Epee wiring must meet the current standards,
SEEDING:Seeding for Events shall be based on the following order:1. Current national rolling point standings according to age group and weapon. 2. Letter ranking with year classification 3. Athletes with neither of the above are seeded on a random basis after the athletes who are seeded by the preceding factors.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: All events will be one round of pools with 100% promotion to direct eliminations tableau. No fence off for 3rd place for individual events.
