Fencer birth year must be 1999-2005.
Junior (U20) - A fencer born after 2005 can fence in Junior(U20) local and regional competitions, NAC Cadet tournaments and Junior Olympic Junior (U20) Fencing Championships and qualifying tournaments IF the fencer is on the National Cadet point standings at the time of the entry deadline for that tournament.
