All fencers must be preregistered and payment received in by E.O.D. April 20th, there will be no entries or payments accepted at at the door.

If a competitive field is 3 or fewer, the qualifying event will not be held and those with completed/paid preregistations will be qualified.

If an event will not be fenced, an email will be sent to the preregistants for that event.

If any times change for events an email will be sent to all preregistrants.
