This event is a US Fencing Association Sanctioned Regional Cadet and Junior Circuit for Region 3. Awarding qualification points for the 2019 July Challenge and 2020 Junior Olympics.

Registration and equipment check opens 6:30AM each day. We recommend to arrive at least 1 hour before close of check-in. Proof of current USFA membership or current international FIE license required. If a fencer can't present valid membership the fencer has to complete and pay for USFA membership at he door. Foreign fencers must obtain a "Foreign Fencer" USFA membership (free of charge). This can be done before arriving to the event to expedite check-in.
All fencers have to have USFA membership card or a copy to use Auto Check-In feature. If a fencer has no year of birth verified on the USFA card the fencer has to present one of the following documents. Original or copy of birth certificate Passport or driver's license
Fencers must check in everyday they compete.

Regular fees until March 08th, 2019 11:59PM PDT - Registration $35, Event fee is $45/event
Late fees (Triple) from March 09th until March 30th 11:59PM PDT - Registration $105, Event fee is $135/event
Starting April 1st , No Online registration is permitted Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees
Refund Policy Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE Refund requests must be received by March 30th, 2019 11:59PM PDT Refund of events fees can be requested by sending email to info@rocklandfencersclub.com
Starting April 1st 2019 NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the tournament and will be paid to the original credit card used at the time of signup. All refund are processed by USFencing National Office. NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events
