Central Florida Division's Summer Nationals Qualifier is

Registration closes Tuesday, April 16.
Please check times on April 16th, as they will change based on overall registration. SOME EVENTS MAY NOT BE FENCED!
Events closing with 3 or less registered fencers WILL NOT be fenced, as all fencers will automatically qualify. If you do not intend to participate in Summer Nationals in Columbus, Ohio - PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER! The Central Florida Division Championship and other tournaments will be fenced - this event is for qualifying purposes ONLY.

This is also the address to which we will send event qualification notices - if your email address is not up to date in this system, you will not get the information and the organizer will have no way of knowing that you did not receive it.
Close of registration times will be adjusted once we have a decent picture of what events will actually be fenced. Please keep a watch on this event and your emails.

REGISTRATION POLICY
TIMES POSTED ARE CLOSE OF REGISTRATION. We fully expect all events to start within 30 minutes of this time.
The registration fees are non-refundable payment for services rendered. The event fees may only be returned if you withdraw from the tournament (meaning you will not qualify). If you withdraw from this event after paying, please send an email to jennys@wgfencingacademy.com with your fencer's name and proper mailing address for the return of event fees. (Registration fees will not be returned)
Due to the demands of scheduling resources and referees there will be NO late registrations accepted after the close of registration unless there are less than 3 people in an event. Late registrations will only be accepted on a first come, first served basis until the limit of 3 fencers has been met. *this is only for events that have not reached the 3 person limit prior to the close of registration on April 16. Events with less than 8 entries will not include a DE round, per Division policy.
CONDUCT POLICY
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR POOR CONDUCT. This applies to every human soul in the venue. Staff members deserve respect and appreciation for a doing a tough job for which few volunteer.
DO NOT ASK TO REPLACE A REFEREE. We go above and beyond to select the best referees the local community has to offer. If you can do a better job, stop talking about it, and do it.
SAFETY
Masks and body cords will be tested as usual. Full fencing attire is required, including conductive foil bibs, fencing pants and socks that meet the knee. If you show up without the required equipment you will not be permitted to fence!
Due to the required quick turn around time, you will receive notice of qualification as soon as registration closes for events with less than 3 registrants or on the day of the tournament for events that must be fenced. YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER WITH USA FENCING BEFORE MAY 15 TO AVOID LATE FEES!
