Registration (one-time) fee: $30
Event fee (senior events): $30 per event
Event fee (vet events): $10 per event

The registration & payment deadline is 11:59pm PDT on WEDNESDAY, September 25th. If you miss the deadline, you will be subject to DOUBLE fees.

Q: I missed the registration deadline, can I still attend?
A: Yes, you can still sign up on AskFRED at double fees. If you pay at the door, the fees will be triple.

Q: I missed the registration deadline, can you make an exception and let me pay the normal rate?
A: No, the event has been accepting registrations on AskFRED since August so you had plenty of time to register on-time.

Q: Can I pre-register and pay later?
A: Sort-of. Pre-register on AskFRED like you normally would, but skip the payment screen. This will add you to the list of registrants, but note that you have not yet paid. You can pay later (before the deadline) by simply going through the registration process on AskFRED again.

Q: I don't want to pre-pay until I'm certain I can attend.
A: If you pre-pay and are unable to attend, we will give you a refund of your event fees. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Q: Can I fence more than one event per day?
A: Yes, but not simultaneously. If you are still fencing in your first event when the second one starts, you will need to scratch from one of them.

--- Tournament Rules ---
All fencers must be current competitive members of the USFA. Please join or renew your USFA membership online prior to arrival.

Fencers representing a country other than the USA must have a USA Fencing "Foreign Fencer" membership. This FREE membership (which gives you a USA Fencing member number) must be renewed yearly on the USA Fencing website. See https://www.usafencing.org/page/show/698114-individual-membership for details.

Full USFA regulation uniform is required, including plastron, knickers, and knee-length socks. No jeans or sweatpants allowed. Saber fencers must have an 800N glove.

USFA rules require that all participants were born in 2006 or earlier.
