NOTIFICATION/WAITLIST & WALK-IN POLICY:
Due to our tournaments filling up and turning over VERY quickly in the past, we will only be utilizing a "notification list" for preregistrations once the event is full. All fencers on the notification list will receive an email when one of the tournament administrators becomes aware that a spot has opened up on the pre-registration list.
Walk-ins will only be accepted if there is a vacancy on the day of the tournament. Any fencer who arrives on the day of the tournament as a walk-in entry and checks in with the registration table will be placed on a list on a first-come first-served basis to become a walk-in entry if a pre-registered fencer drops out or is not present at the close of registration.
TOURNAMENT NO-SHOW POLICY:
To deter fencers from preregistering and no-showing on tournament day, we utilize a "no-show policy."
Fencers who do not intend to participate in the tournament must contact the organizers or remove themselves from the pre-registration list within 24 hours of the tournament
Fencers who fail to remove their pre-registration and then no-show the tournament without a valid medical reason will be noted by the organizers.
1st offense: Warning
2nd offense: Fencer will be barred from preregistering for our events for the remainder of the current season. The fencer may still participate as a walk-in if there is an opening.
