Dear fencers: 21 Bautista Memorial tournament is subject to the ongoing guidance of national, state, and local authorities regarding public gatherings with masks required. Also events will be limited to 35 fencers per event.
2021 Ray Bautista Memorial OPEN is sanctioned by Columbus Division of USA Fencing. Mask Required to compete, the competition is limited to 35 fencers per event determined by the first to sign up and pay. CLOSE OF REGISTRATION TIMES:
Mixed OPEN Foil - 10:00 PM Saturday
Mixed OPEN Epee - 1:00 PM Saturday
Mixed OPEN Saber - 10:00 AM Sunday
Women Open Saber - 11:30 AM Sunday
The doors will open at 7:45AM. We expect for all events to start within 30 min from close of registration times.
ENTRY FEES:
Deadline to sign up is May 8th. A link to sign-up for the open events and to provide payment by credit card is listed in the link below. The first to sign up and pay will received an event T-shirt provided by the Bautista family until we run out.
Fees - $30 Registration + $30 Per Event (askFRED.net registration period closes on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Midnight)
BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD! All fencers must be current USFA members and be able to provide proof of COMPETITIVE membership.
You may complete the application at the door, however we STRONGLY encourage you to apply online at http://usfencing.org/usa-fencing-membership before the event and print out the receipt to show as proof of membership. USFA members without proof of competitive membership, will need to pay for another membership at the door, to participate.
