for Y10: Pools (5 points, 3min) followed seeding then elimination with best 2 of 3 bouts to 3 points!
for Y14 : Pools (5 points, 3min) followed seeding then elimination to 15 points(3 periods of 3min)
Associate or Competitive CCF Membership is required!
Equipment: Full fencing gear, 350N is not required, Y10 Blade size 0-3
