Event Times
Please note that the times will be added for events as they meet the requirement for competition. If the number of registrations isn't greater than 3 it won't be held as they will pre-qualify! DE's won't be fenced unless there are more than 8 entries for an event. We will be sure to start late enough in the morning that people can arrive without too much stress and try to be done early enough that people can be home at a reasonable hour. Please understand we are doing our best to make this qualifier as painless as possible, while still getting the best representation for our division at the Junior Olympics!

We are scheduling the Junior events first, if you qualify, or have previously qualified, for Juniors you'll automatically qualify for Cadets. I will be checking the JO pre-qualifier list and you'll be removed from this event if you're already qualified.

Events Scheduled:
Junior (U19) Women's Foil
Junior (U19) Men's Foil
Cadet (U17) Women's Foil
Cadet (U17) Men's Foil

All USFA rules, especially for clothing, except names on clothing, will be enforced. There will be no tolerance for any mis-behavior, rules infractions or complaining about the staff and/or referees. Hosting this event is no longer required by the divisions, but we are trying the best that we can to help you qualify.

Preregistration opens on 11/2/2019.
Preregistration closes on 12/14/2019.

Late Registration -TRIPLE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL LATE REGISTRANTS!

Once pre-registration is closed, notifications will be sent to people who are pre-qualified due to their event having 3 or fewer participants. As a result, late registration for these events will be taken at a first come, first served basis and will max out when the event reaches 3. Events that must be fenced due to having 4 or more participants will allow late registrations until November 22.
