This is the Iowa Division qualifying tournament for the 2020 Summer Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky. Iowa Division fencers may qualify for Y14, Division 2, Division 3, and Veteran events. Details TBA. **PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE TO 5/30/20.***
Fencers MUST BE PREREGISTERED BY 5/23/2020 to compete - we will not accept entries at the door.
***No events will be fenced in person; all pre-registered competitors have received an email with further information.***
The top 3 or top 25% (whichever is greater) fencers in each event qualify for Summer Nationals in those events.
If there are fewer than 4 fencers in an event, the event will not be fenced and those athletes' names will be submitted to USA Fencing as our qualifiers (basically "auto-qualifying"). If there are 4 or more fencers preregistered by 5/23/2019 we WILL fence the event. If you sign up and later qualify through another path/decide not to fence/decide you don't want to go to Summer Nationals, please unregister or let us know so that everyone can plan accordingly.
Entry fee is $10.00 entrance plus $10.00 per event.
