FRED Announces the PDX Leap Year Event. Must be age 13+ and a competitive member of the US Fencing. Full regulation gear required. Join us for a great tournament! If not enough fencers (6) per gender the event will be fenced mixed. Be sure you have renewed your USA Fencing membership. Pre-register and save! Registration fee:$25.00, event fee $15.00. Late at the door registration fee $35.00, event fee $25.00 - Pre-registration closes 02/28/20
