The William & Mary Fencing Club has organized this event with the VA Division, and the division promises a well run college club event with highly rated referees and bout committee. Events will be competed on a gym floor with strips taped out.
$30 per event fee must be paid in advance here on AskFred. Unpaid preregistrations will be deleted after registration close date of 10/20/2021. Requests to be added to the event after tournament close MAY BE DECLINED, due to space or referee limitations.
PROOF OF VACCINATION Negative COVID Test Required for All Virginia Division Sanctioned Events
Out of concern for the safety of our membership and their families, effective immediately, the Virginia Division of USA Fencing will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for all fencers, parents, volunteers and USFA Professional members for that event to be sanctioned by the Virginia Division.
Confirmation of vaccination or negative COVID test will occur as you walk into the venue. No one without proof will be allowed into the venue at any time, no exceptions.
Negative COVID test results (PCR or Rapid) cannot be more than 72 hours old from the day of the event the fencer is competing in.
USA Fencing’s venue mask mandate is also still in effect, so all competitors, coaches, professional members will be required to wear a mask, even while competing.
Preregistration opens on 09/15/2021.
Preregistration closes on 10/20/2021.
