REGISTRATION and EVENT FEES

Regular fees until Monday March 20, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $50, and Event fee is $60/event
Late fees (Triple) from March 21 until Thursday April 6 11:59 PM PDT - Registration $150 and Event fee is $180/event
Starting April 7, 2023, No Online registration is permitted
Walk-In is permitted with Triple Fees if there is a space in the event, and approved by the Bout Committee
REFUND
======= ***Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE***
Refund requests must be received by Friday March 24, 2023, 11:59 PM PDT.
Refund of events fees can be requested by sending an email to fortunefencing@hotmail.com
Starting March 25, 2023, NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION for any reason
Refunds are processed a few days after the refund request and will be paid by check that can be mailed out to your address or hand it to you at the day of the tournament if you will be there.
NO REFUND will be issued to No Show or Withdraw from events after the refund deadline
EQUIPMENT CHECK
=================
Equipment check is open each day at 6:30 am to the end of day. We ask you to stay in the line only if your event time is within the next 90 minutes, or if there is no one in the line. Additionally, we will have Equipment Check open on Friday 4/7/23 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
